Your access to and use of CN is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.  By accessing CN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use CN.  If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not use CN.

Termination

CN may terminate or suspend access to CN immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

CN may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on CN: these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes.  Your continued use of CN following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.  If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent changes to these Terms or become dissatisfied with CN, your only recourse is to discontinue use of CN and/or request to have your account terminated.

No Warranty

You agree that you are using CN at your own risk and that the services of CN are being provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.  As such, and as is permitted by applicable laws, CN does not include any warranty either express or implied including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  

Also, as permitted by applicable laws, CN (including officers, directors, owners and employees) are not liable, and you agree not to hold CN responsible for any damages or losses, including loss of money, reputation, profits or any other tangible or intangible losses resulting from, directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to):

• Content you provide;

• Pricing or shipping;

• Delays or disruptions;

• Glitches or errors or inaccuracies of any kind;

• Damage to goods;

• The actions or inactions of third parties, including buyers or sellers listing or purchasing goods.
